Delivery Information

• £6.95 standard delivery for orders under £100 ex VAT
• Orders over £100 ex VAT free standard delivery
• Next day delivery £15 on all orders. Orders must be placed before 12 noon.

Standard delivery 2 to 3 days UK mainland

Complaints

Should you have a problem with any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

Order Errors & Cancellations

If there are any errors or shortages in your order contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the dispatch of your products. To cancel an order contact us quoting your customer number and reason for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once your items have been dispatched.

Pricing & Product Descriptions

Prices, offers and product details are valid at the time of viewing and ordering. Simply Packaging reserve the right to change all information posted on www.simplypackaging.co.uk without notice.

Products are described as accurately as possible but measurements, colours and designs may occasionally slightly vary from those illustrated.

All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to make this process as simple as possible for you.

If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days for either a replacement or a full refund of any money you have paid to us.

Before sending back an item, we would appreciate if you could contact us to inform us of the problem and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you.

Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us.
